These general terms and conditions are applicable to all the orders placed via FXShop Upon request, we will send our terms and conditions to you in writing.

fxshop.eu is a division of Showeffects.nl
1.Orders/conditions
These delivery conditions are for all products and orders placed on this webshop. fxshop.eu has always the right to change the conditions, database and prices of the webshop at all times without previous notice.
2.Payment/obligations
You are free to shop on the website without any obligations until you have send & received an order confirmation by e-mail. On this confirmation you’ll at least find the product details, quantity, price, shipping costs and your (company) details plus company details of fxshop.eu. The order confirmation send by e-mail, confirms your order and obligates you to pay for the products you have ordered.
3.Agreement
By sending your order to us online, your order is confirmed and you have an agreement with fxshop.eu. By sending the order you also agree with all the conditions on this page. fxshop.eu will send your order as soon as possible. By sending the order you will agree to pay for the shipment and you will collect the order when it is send to you.
4.Prices
All prices online are in Euros excluding VAT and excluding shipping costs. No rights can be withdrawn on the product images. Images can be different than the product itself. fxshop.eu is not responsible in any way. If you fill in your correct VAT number at the address page, no VAT will be charged when you are based outside of The Netherlands.
5.Shipping/costs
During transportation to you, fxshop.eu is responsible for the products. This risk will pass directly to you as soon as delivery takes place. The minimum shipping costs are € 7,50. For COD shipment there is a minimum extra charge of € 7,50. COD shipment is only available in the Benelux. On request we can offer you COD shipment in other countries. If you are not hosted in the Benelux and you order with COD shipping you’ll first get a new order confirmation with the correct COD amount or you will get a different payment request if COD shipping is not possible.
6.Delivery
Delivery of most of the orders will be handled by TNT. Delivery will take place within 7 (working) days after we received your payment (or COD). If delivery within 7 days is not possible, we will contact you by e-mail.
7.Guaranty
Products that are send to us for repair (even under guaranty) will be send at costs and risk of the buyer.
7.1 When there are no terms of warranty on the shop page. We guarantee the correctly functioning of the product for one year after shipping.
7.2 Guarantee is only valid if there no changes or repairs being made by other parties than fxshop.eu
7.3 If there is a malfunction, you will have to respond by letter within 5 days after you’ve received your shipment.
7.4 There is no guarantee on consumables.
8.Refund
You can return your order within 7 days of time after delivery. All shipping costs are at your charge. The products have to be send in the original undamaged packing, including all documents and with a copy of the original invoice to fxshop.eu, Klokweg 35, 3034 KK Rotterdam The Netherlands. fxshop.eu will give you a full refund (except shipping costs). The refund will be wired in 14 days on a account of your choice, after we received the undamaged products. If products are damaged, we are allowed to withdraw a reasonable amount for the damage. Consumables can not be returned!
9.Complains
